Prince Harry's fleeting visit to the UK for King Charles' Coronation has left many royals wondering why he bothered, according to insiders.
The Duke of Sussex spent less than 30 hours in the UK over the weekend as he joined the rest of his family attending his father's coronation.
Harry, 38, arrived in London on Friday afternoon while his wife Meghan Markle, 41, stayed in California with their two children - Prince Archie and Princess Lilibet. “One makes one’s choices,” a source close to the family told Vanity Fair. “To be honest there wasn’t much talk of Harry at all.
The focus was very much on the occasion.”It was reported by The Telegraph that Harry visited Buckingham Palace during his time in London, “slipping in and out of the monarchy’s headquarters briefly without seeing the royal family.” Despite attending the historic event, there was no meeting between Harry and King Charles or Prince William.
