Royal Coronation to be 'protected' to avoid clash between Harry and William as they reunite

King Charles’ Coronation will have its ‘dignity protected’ as organisers work to prevent a clash between Prince William and Prince Harry, a royal expert said.

Commentator Richard Fitzwilliams, speaking exclusively to OK!, added the Prince and Princess of Wales will have a “pivotal role” to play on the big day.

He went on to say, if the Duke and Duchess of Sussex choose to attend, they will not be a “large part of it”. The rift between William, 40, and Harry, 38, has deepened of late following the release of the Duke’s tell-all memoir Spare - which contained a number of attacks on the Royal Family.

The damaging claims made in the explosive book - along with those revealed in the Sussexes’ controversial Netflix documentary - have cast doubt over whether Harry and Meghan Markle, 41, will attend the King’s Coronation on 6 May.
