This decision sparked complaints from many viewers who believed he shouldn't have been around COVID-19 patients. Others praised the episode, suggesting it might open peoples' eyes as many continue to flout the lockdown and social distancing rules set by the governent.
During the documentary, Ross was provided with PPE equipment including a mask and a suit to stop him being exposed to the virus.
