Viewers can stream the film on The Roku Channel from April 11 through June 30. No subscription is required. Just a Bit Outside chronicles the ups-and-downs of the team’s almost-championship season.
The story is about the love affair between a down-on-its-luck blue-collar city and a perfectly matched blue-collar team – one that continues to this day, over 40 years later.
It features appearances by Bud Selig, Robin Yount, Ted Simmons, Mike Caldwell, Cecil Cooper, Pete Vuckovich, Paul Molitor, Gorman Thomas, Jim Gantner, Jim Slaton, Moose Haas, Charlie Moore, Ben Oglivie, John Adam, Rollie Fingers, and the late Bob Uecker.
