The One Show turned emotional tonight (November 26) as Robbie Williams discussed his eagerly anticipated semi-autobiographical film, Better Man.

Robbie and director Michael Gracey, known for the blockbuster hit The Greatest Showman, delved into the real-life drama that inspired the upcoming film, in which Robbie is depicted as a CGI chimp alongside human actors.

While the interview remained upbeat, things took an emotional turn after a question from a viewer named Jenny was read out. She asked, through co-host Lauren Laverne, "Do you have a favourite part of the film and how emotional was it watching it?".

Robbie took a deep breath before confessing which poignant moment from the film moved him. In a candid confession, he expressed how scenes that relived his relationship with Nicole Appleton filled him with remorse, reports Wales Online.
