Road taped off as man rushed to hospital after crash between car and bike

A cyclist has been taken to hospital following a collision with a car in Salford tonight. The incident happened on Belvedere Road adjacent to the A6 at around 6.20pm.

Police, firefighters and paramedics were quickly on the scene, according to nearby residents. The cyclist was taken to hospital.
