Ronaldo re-joined Manchester United on deadline day from Juventus, signing a two-year contract to return back to the club where he made his name between 2003 and 2009.
The deal took place following talks with Man City and the forward was moving closer to signing with Pep Guardiola and the blue half of the city.
However after talks with a host of former teammates and coaches including Sir Alex Ferguson, Patrice Evra and Ferdinand, United were able to swoop in and get a deal done.
