The cousin of Rico Burton - who was murdered following a fight in Altrincham - has been hauled before the courts for his involvement in the brawl.
Chasiah Burton, 33, was involved in the fracas moments before Rico, also cousin of world famous boxer Tyson Fury, was knifed.
He punched a man twice. The fight happened in August last year after Liam O’Pray, 22, was aggressive towards door staff in the Goose Green area of Altrincham.
Things escalated, before O'Pray stabbing 31-year-old Rico to death. He was found guilty of murder, and of wounding with intent in relation to another man, Harvey Reilly, who was seriously hurt.
