Anthony D'Alessandro Editorial Director/Box Office EditorToday during a surprise DC Fandome panel about Milestone Media, filmmaker Reginald Hudlin revealed that a Static Shock movie was in development as part of DC’s revitalizing the imprint which is devoted to African American voices.No other details were unveiled, but Hudline is involved with expanding the creative franchise that is Milestone Media, which launched in 1993, ultimately creating superheros like Iron, Rocket and Static Shock.Hudlin was joined by DC Milestone Media co-founder Denys Cowan, DC Creative Chief Officer Jim Lee and Static Shock animated voiceover actor Phil LaMarr.
