But she said: "The new year could potentially see a resolution between us. I'm sure the public are sick of reading about it too." Rebekah, the wife of Leicester City striker Jamie Vardy, 33, won the first round of the legal battle last month.
A judge ruled Coleen, married to ex-Man United ace Wayne Rooney, 35, had "clearly identified" her in a post about alleged story leaks from her personal Instagram account.
