Rebecca Wisocky, Joe Lanza & Crosby Fitzgerald Join Hulu’s Amanda Knox Limited Series
deadline.comEXCLUSIVE: Rebecca Wisocky (Ghosts), Joe Lanza (The Americans) and Crosby Fitzgerald (Palm Royale) are set for key recurring roles opposite Grace Van Patten and Sharon Horgan in Hulu‘s Amanda Knox limited series.
Amanda is based on the true story of how Amanda Knox was wrongfully convicted for the murder of her roommate Meredith Kercher and her 16-year odyssey to set herself free.
Wisocky will play Cecilia, an American in prison who moves into Amanda’s (Van Patten) cell to take care of her. Lanza portrays Chris Mellas, Amanda’s stepdad who found love later in life with Edda (Horgan) and is a strong presence in Amanda’s life.
Fitzgerald will play Madison, Amanda’s best friend who always speaks her mind. John Hoogenakker, Francesco Acquaroli, Giuseppe De Domenico and Roberta Mattei also star.
