Balal Khan was just a 13-year-old child when he robbed and raped a woman as she walked home in Cobridge back in 2009, Stoke-on-Trent Live reports.
He was aged 14 when he was sentenced to three years in a young offenders' institution the following year. A judge ruled that Khan's baby-faced mugshot and name could be released after the sick attack.
