Raheem Sterling has sent a message of support to Manchester City's all-time Premier League leading goalscorer Sergio Aguero, after the Argentine was admitted to hospital following their 1-1 draw with Alaves on Saturday.
He complained of 'chest discomfort' following an aerial challenge with an opposition defender and stayed down as a result of the duel.
Initially, the medical team called for a stretcher for the former City striker but he was able to walk off. Interim Barcelona manager Sergi Barjuan said he felt "a little dizzy" when substituted and will undergo further examinations over the coming days.
Spanish news outlet Marca reports that he will remain in hospital for a couple more days and undergo a comprehensive cardiology study
