Whitefield pub has been allowed to keep its licence despite complaints over drug taking, fighting and customers urinating outside.

Bury Council has said that The Goat's Gate, in Radcliffe New Road, may continue operating as long as it meets a number of conditions.An application to review the pub's licence was made by Tom Postlethwaite, who lives opposite the pub in Dales Lane, following a string of incidents dating back to 2017.In the most recent, a brawl broke out in the pub's car park on the evening of July 4, the date pubs were allowed to reopen following lockdown.Footage of the incident was shown to the council's licensing panel on Thursday afternoon.A 'large melee of approximately 30 customers' can be seen 'swearing loudly, squaring up.
