Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie were spotted at the Royal Family's annual Christmas lunch at Buckingham Palace on Thursday, 19 December, despite their father, Prince Andrew, withdrawing from the event.
It has been reported that Andrew made the decision not to attend after consulting with his ex-wife and close confidante, Sarah, Duchess of York. This latest development is another blow for the King's brother, who has also pulled out of joining senior royals at Sandringham for the holiday season.
However, Andrew's absence didn't deter his daughters from attending the festive gathering. Both princesses were seen arriving at the palace, all smiles.
Beatrice was in the passenger seat while her husband Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi drove them to the party, and Eugenie was also spotted in a car with her husband Jack Brooksbank.
