After a heartbreaking few months, the royal family has something to celebrate following the happy news that Princess Beatrice and her husband Edo are expecting their first child.
The couple tied the knot in a Covid-restricted wedding last summer with just a handful of guests, including her grandparents the Queen and Prince Philip, after their original plans were cancelled due to the pandemic.
The happy couple decided to announce their royal baby news in the traditional way, via an official statement from Buckingham Palace.
