Princess Anne's son, Peter Phillips, who was reportedly the late Queen's favourite grandson, is said to be nursing a broken heart after parting ways with his girlfriend of three years, Lindsay Wallace.
Despite the split, it's reported that the pair have managed to be amicable. The couple first became an item in 2021 following the end of Peter's marriage to Autumn Kelly - he was the first of Queen Elizabeth's grandchildren to get divorced.Both Peter and Lindsay have two children each from their previous marriages.
Lindsay, the daughter of an oil tycoon, and Peter's sister Zara Tindall were schoolmates at the prestigious Gordonstoun School in Scotland, which commands fees of £45,000 per annum.
The pair rekindled their friendship at a 2019 reunion, reports the Mirror. A source told The Sun: "They were friends before their relationship blossomed," but added, "But Peter and Lindsay have gone their separate ways as the relationship simply ran its course.", During their relationship, Peter introduced Lindsay to his grandmother, the late Queen Elizabeth II, at Windsor Castle.
