The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge kicked off the event by leading the royal family in a carriage processional at Ascot Racecourse on Friday (June 17) in Ascot, England.
The pair were joined in their carriage by William Vestey, the current Lord Vestey and his wife, Violet.
Also in attendance was William‘s cousin Peter Phillips and his girlfriend Lindsay Wallace, who rode in the second carriage. William wore a traditional top hat and tailcoat for his outing, while Kate opted for a polka dot dress with a matching black and white hat.
