Prince William breaks silence on BBC probe into Princess Diana Panorama interview

Prince William has issued a statement following the BBC’s decision to investigate the circumstances around their Panorama interview with Princess Diana.The Duke of Cambridge welcomed the independent probe into Martin Bashir's controversial television interview with Diana and said it was a step in the "right direction".Lord Dyson, former Master of the Rolls, will lead the investigation, and seek to discover what steps Bashir took to get the interview.
