Prince William and Kate Middleton have joined the Queen and Prince Charles at Windsor Castle to welcome and thank key workers at the end of their whistle-stop train tour around the country.
On the final stop of The Duke and Duchess of Cambridges’ Royal Train tour of England, Scotland and Wales, the couple paid tribute to the work of volunteers and healthcare workers in response to the coronavirus pandemic.The Queen and Princes Charles were also in attendance, as well as Camilla, the Duchess of Cornwall, Anne, Princess Royal and the Earl and Countess of Wessex, Sophie and Prince Edward.Her Majesty stood on the steps of the Equerry's entrance in Windsor castle's quadrangle surrounded by four small Christmas trees, two each side of the steps,.
