The Prince and Princess of Wales reportedly don't want to move into Prince Andrew's home Royal Lodge as the disgraced royal refuses to leave.It's been reported that Prince William and Kate Middleton have been eyeing up Royal Lodge ever since it was announced that Andrew would be departing the property.
But despite a push from King Charles, it's claimed that Andrew is not even leaving the property during the current repair work in case he doesn't get back in.However, despite reports that William and Kate are eyeing up the larger property for their family it's been claimed the pair want to stay put.
A source close to the couple told Page Six that they are “extremely happy” at Adelaide Cottage with their three children, Prince George, 9, Princess Charlotte, 8, and 5-year-old Prince Louis.Royal insiders claim the move could be a costly one as the Prince and Princess only relocated from Kensington Palace in London to Adelaide Cottage in Windsor last September.
While Charles is keen for the family to move into Royal Lodge after telling his younger brother to move out and consider relocating to Frogmore Cottage.Frogmore Cottage is the former home of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle as the King suggested Andrew could permanently “downsize" to make room for William and Kate.
