Prince Harry is set to take five months of paternity leave following the birth of his daughter Lilibet Diana Mountbatten-Windsor, according to reports.
The 36 year old will take a step back from work commitments to focus on life as a family of four with wife Meghan Markle, two year old son Archie and their sweet newborn in sunny California.
According to The Sun, Meghan is also said to be taking the same amount of time to care for their children, which echoes the parental leave offered by the couple's Archewell foundation.
Journalist Omid Scobie, the pair's biographer, said: "We're so used to seeing senior royals going back to work, but Harry and Meghan are leading by example.
