One year has gone by without Queen Elizabeth ruling the United Kingdom.Prince William and Kate Middleton spent Friday penning a poignant tribute to the late monarch on the first anniversary of her death.Alongside a carousel of momentous snapshots of the sovereign, they wrote on Instagram: “Today we remember the extraordinary life and legacy of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth.
We all miss you. W & C.”The gallery of photos included one of Elizabeth at her Platinum Jubilee last year waving on the balcony of Buckingham Palace.
Other images featured the mother of four wearing her iconic colorful hat-and-matching coat combos.Middleton and William, both 41, are also set to be present on Friday at St Davids Cathedral in South Wales to pay their respects to the queen.
