Prince Harry initially refused The Queen’s offer of a trial period on Megxit, which would have allowed him and Meghan Markle to return to the UK.
The Duke of Sussex wanted to make a “clean break” from the Royal Family and had to be persuaded to take up the offer, it is claimed.
