Prince Harry meets King after cancer diagnosis but visit is 'short as King was tired'

Prince Harry met up with his father, King Charles, on Tuesday, 6 February, after making a hasty return to the UK following the Monarch's shock cancer diagnosis.

But whilst many might have expected the Royal reunion - after Harry and Charles spent nine months apart - to last at least a couple of hours, it's said to have been for around just 45 minutes.

A royal expert appearing on Good Morning Britain on Wednesday, 7 February, claimed the reason for the short meeting is that the King is 'tired' amid treatment for his unspecified cancer, which was announced on Monday.

The 39 year old Duke of Sussex is said to have been personally informed of King Charles' diagnosis by the King himself, and thus made the decision to fly to London immediately.
