That means little Freddie, who they welcomed in 2017, will be getting a baby sister. She shared a snap of her and Nathan from the hospital, captioning the selfie: "Wild Saturday for mum & dad." Cara can be seen proudly displaying her bump while Nathan gives the camera a peace sign in the background, both wearing masks over their faces.
This comes shortly after Cara revealed her pre-eclampsia diagnosis, a condition that affects the blood pressure of pregnant women.
