Posing after arriving back at home, she wraps an arm around her chest to avoid exposing her breasts and models only a pair of feather print pants.
With her bump still visible in the candid post, she captioned it: "The reality of having baby [sic]." Announcing her happy news earlier this week, Cara wrote: "She's here and home.
