Holiday firm Pontins used a blacklist of Irish surnames titled "undesirable guests", it has emerged.A whistleblower revealed the document had been uploaded on to its intranet and used to mostly screen out Gypsy and Traveller families, the i reports.Surnames on the list included Boyle, Delaney, Gallagher, McGinley, McMahon and O’Donnell, with staff told “we do not want these guests on our parks."An investigation by the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) found the firm had used the blacklist of names to discriminate against people staying.Pontins is owned by Britannia Jinky Jersey Ltd, which said it "has agreed to work together with the Equality and Human Rights Commission to further enhance its staff training and procedures in order.
