Police have launched a manhunt to trace the driver of a silver car who mounted the pavement on an Inverness street and knocked a woman down, fracturing her leg.
The incident took place at around 1.20pm on Sunday November 14 on Kintail Crescent in the Highland city. Detectives say the woman was walking on the pavement when the silver vehicle left the road and collided with her before driving off.
Emergency services were called and the woman was taken to hospital for treatment to her suspected leg fracture.
