A murder suspect who was arrested after a man was tragically found dead at a house in Chorlton remains in custody to be quizzed by detectives, police have confirmed.
Police descended on Astbury Avenue at around 11.35pm on Sunday night (November 10) after a call was made 'regarding a concern for welfare'.
Sadly, a 59-year-old man was found dead inside a home. He has since been named as William Riddell, known as Billy to his neighbours.
