Police appeal for witnesses after fatal road crash in South Lanarkshire

Road Policing Officers are appealing for information following a fatal road crash in Chapelton on Friday.Around 5.40pm, a Ford Puma being driven by a 44-year-old man appeared to lose control and struck a tree on the A726 near Millwell Road.Emergency services attended, however the man was pronounced dead at the scene.The Lanarkshire Live app is available to download now.
