Police appeal for help to track down wanted man with face tattoo

The 23-year-old has a distinctive tattoo on his face, underneath his left eye. In an appeal, Cheshire Police described him as black male who is around 5ft 4in tall.

A Cheshire Police spokesperson said: "Billinge is described as black, around 5'4" tall, of slight build with short black hair and brown eyes. "He also has a distinctive face tattoo, located on his upper left cheek.
