Plans for Fenwick housing estate are scrapped after developer withdraws proposals

Ayrshire village have been scrapped.Tulloch Homes wanted to build 26 houses in Fenwick but blueprints were withdrawn from East Ayrshire Council last week.The estate, which would've been based on land at Main Road in the village, was set to be comprised of detached and semi-detached properties.Proposals showed that the Inverness-based housebuilder wanted to build a mix of three and four bedroom homes.But in a letter to Tulloch Homes ltd and Catesby Land and Planning, David McDowall, East Ayrshire Council's interim head of planning and economic development confirmed the bid to build homes had been withdrawn at their request.The letter reads: "I refer to the above planning application and I write to confirm that the application has now been.
