Tesoro Pizza wish to open premises for both indoor and outdoor dining at Dale House, New Hall Lane, Heaton, at a small shopping parade.
The vacant corner premises were previously a training centre for beauty practitioner Lillian Maund. Tesoro is a family run business who currently operate from the nearby Finishers Arms in Smithills.
A report circulated prior to this Thurday’s planning committee meeting, which will debate the application, said: “The ground floor restaurant would have a floor area of 74sqm internally.
