The 27-year-old previously enraged followers by revealing that he'd travelled from Tier 4 London to his famous dad's Tier 2 home in East Sussex for festive celebrations.
But his loophole's success was short-lived, with the area being upgraded to the highest lockdown on Boxing Day. Under these rules, all travel - including international holidays - is banned, unless there is an essential reason such as work, education, or childcare.
However, Spencer uploaded a topless snap to his Instagram page today as he bragged that he was seeing out the year in sunny Barbados.
