Piers Morgan got a visit from the police last night after reporting the death threats he's been receiving online. The Good Morning Britain host, 55, revealed the news after one of his Twitter followers said the police don't take social media abuse seriously.
He had been told he was a "marked man" and people wanted to "kill" him, while threats were also made against his children and his wife Celia Walden.
After he said he'd reported the abuse to the cops, one of his followers told him: "Unfortunately Piers when it comes to social media the police do very little. "That's what I found in Merseyside anyway.
