Good Morning Britain presenter Piers Morgan, 55, has opened up on his fears about losing his job after winning the TV Personality Of The Year gong at the GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2020.
Piers revealed that winning at the annual ceremony has been a "double-edged sword" for him over the years, after losing two jobs after winning the award in the past.The GMB host joked that he could end up losing his TV role after he was informed about his award this year.It comes after Piers was named Newspaper Editor Of The Year in 2003, shortly before he lost his position at the Daily Mirror after publishing fake pictures of alleged British troop misconduct in Iraq.He was then awarded TV Personality Of The Year by GQ back in 2013, before his CNN show Piers.
