ok.co.ukPhillip Schofield will be extending his absence from This Morning after missing this week’s shows, and will not be back hosting for several weeks.
Phil normally hosts the ITV show with Holly Willoughby, but Alison Hammond and Joel Dommett have been presenting with the star instead this week.
The star has been missing from the daytime show since Monday and it has now been confirmed he will not be returning next week after the co-hosts' usual Friday break.
Instead, the show will be presented by Alison and Dermot O’Leary who usually present the show on Fridays, as Phil and Holly take their scheduled Easter break.
