Former This Morning co-star Phillip Schofield could reportedly be offered a “£1.5million deal” to host a rival morning show after he quit his gig on ITV earlier today.
The 61-year-old has hosted This Morning since 2002, first with Fern Britton and then with Holly Willoughby, who took over from Fern on 14 September 2009.

Brand and culture expert Nick Ede said to the outlet: “I think that Phillip is a very popular TV presenter who has had many many successful years on screen. “He still has a lot fans and I think that although his relationship on screen may be wavering he will have lots of other opportunities coming to him.
