Foden, who has just turned 21, stepped up to end the campaign as first choice under Pep Guardiola with some fine performances in the Premier League and Champions League.
The midfielder or winger ended the season with 16 goals and 10 assists in all competitions and produced some memorable performances in City's march to the title - notably in the win at Chelsea, his match-winning contribution at home to Brighton, and the sensational individual display at then-defending champions Liverpool.
