A ten year old footie fan was left disappointed when his attempt to emulate his idol Phil Foden's hairdo before England's big match went hilariously wrong, leaving him looking "more like Phillip Schofield " instead.

Young Harry Reidy, who previously sported long tresses akin to Jack Grealish's style, complete with a hairband, was inspired to change up his look after Foden - who has been dating his girlfriend Rebecca Cooke since they were teens, suggested the England squad would all go blonde for a Euro Championship victory.

With assistance from his mum Kellie, 42, a postman, Harry chopped off his mane and went for a peroxide blonde transformation last Friday.

However, the dye job quite didn't go as planned, turning out grey rather than blonde, prompting his family to tease him that he bore a resemblance to the silver-haired TV host of This Morning, rather than the premiership footballer.
