Peter Andre is said to be contemplating legal action against Katie Price's mum Amy who revealed unflattering aspects of their marriage.
The 50-year-old was married to former glamour model Katie from 2005 until 2009 and according to Amy after the pair's divorce, Katie was 'devastated and disappointed' with his decision to end the marriage.Since their dramatic split, Katie hasn't held back when talking about her former husband and it appears now her mum has also weighed in, reports the Mirror.It's claimed that the 'Mysterious Girl' singer finds the comments made by his former mother-in-law to be 'upsetting' for both him and his wife, NHS worker, Dr Emily MacDonagh.Speaking to OK!
magazine, a source said: "Pete's considering legal action. He just doesn't understand why his name keeps being mentioned – it was a long time ago.
This shouldn't be allowed to happen again and is upsetting for him and Emily."The memoir is just the latest blow for Peter and Katie who are familiar with legal action after Katie previously claimed her former husband and his management team of a smear campaign against her.The former couple and parents to Junior and Princess went head to head in a legal battle after Katie accused Pete and his manager, Claire Powell, of leaking information to defame her.
