Peter Andre could be considering going back to the courts after his ex-mother-in-law Amy Price made comments about him in her new book.

While it’s no secret the Mysterious Girl singer isn’t happy about being dragged back into more Katie Price drama, OK! can exclusively reveal that he may be considering legal action.

A source close to Peter told us Amy’s less-than-complimentary comments about his wedding day and relationship with Katie are “upsetting” for him and wife Emily, and he’s prepared to fight back.

Katie, 45, and Peter, 50 – who share children Junior, 18, and Princess, 16 – have had a strained relationship since they divorced in 2009, and it’s not the first time their private lives have spilled over into a potential courtroom clash.
