The stars of Heartstopper are taking over London Pride!

Doctor Who has yet another new recruit.

Netflix has released a series of first-look images for Season 2 of its romantic drama “Heartstopper,” which stars Kit Connor and Joe Locke and is set to premiere on Aug. 3. The second season will spotlight Nick (Connor) and Charlie (Locke) as they navigate the waters of their new relationship. Ahead of their prom, the students take a trip to Paris, and this group of friends realizes they have “a lot to juggle as they journey through the next stages of life, love and friendship.” Season 2 will star Connor and Locke alongside Yasmin Finney, William Gao, Corinna Brown, Kizzy Edgell, Sebastian Croft, Tobie Donovan, Rhea Norwood, Jenny Walser, Cormac Hyde-Corrin and Olivia Colman.

K.J. Yossman David Tennant, the tenth Doctor Who, has returned to the franchise in a new trailer alongside Catherine Tate, who plays the Timelord’s longtime sidekick Donna Noble. Tennant and Tate have reprised their roles for a series of three specials to celebrate the show’s 60th anniversary, which will also make Tenant the fourteenth Doctor. He takes over from thirteenth Doctor Jodie Whittaker. The titles of the three specials, which are set to air in November, have also been unveiled. They are “The Star Beast,” “Wild Blue Yonder” and “The Giggle.” The trailer also stars “Heartstopper’s” Yasmin Finney and “How I Met Your Mother’s” Neil Patrick Harris, who are joining the franchise.

The three titles for the upcoming Doctor Who specials celebrating yet another transition in the series have been revealed by the BBC.

Netflix have today (April 24) confirmed when the new season of Heartstopper will arrive.Kit Connor and Joe Locke will return as friends turned lovers Nick and Charlie in the show’s second season, which will focus on their developing romance amid exams and plans for the end of year school prom.
