A senior Fox News executive has exited the company following an investigation into violation of business conduct.

Fox News Channel announced today that it is canceling The Next Revolution with Steve Hilton, though the network indicated the host would stay on as a contributor. The move is part of a reshuffle of the channel’s weekend primetime lineup, the new version of which is set to debut on Saturday.

In the aftermath of the departure of weekend opinion host Dan Bongino, Fox News intends to add a new panel show to its Saturday-night grid, while ending Steve Hilton’s Sunday-night program, “The Next Revolution.” Hilton will take a contributor role. Bongino and Fox News parted ways in April after failing to come to terms on a new contract. “We are excited to launch a new dynamic weekend line-up that will further solidify our position as the number one cable news network for more than two decades,” said Megan Albano, the Fox News senior vice president who oversees weekend programming and the weekday panel show “The Five,” in a statement. “We thank Steve Hilton for his show’s contributions and look forward to continuing to feature his valuable insights across our daytime and primetime programming.”

Fox News host Steve Hilton called President Biden's response to OPEC+'s decision to cut oil production "one of the most irresponsible, partisan schemes in presidential history" on "The Next Revolution." Now, the question you have to ask as you look at these midterm elections and their campaigns is this, If Biden and the Democrats have such a strong record of accomplishments as they claim, why aren't they running on it?  Practically, their entire campaign is about abortion and January the sixth. Anyone would think they're embarrassed about their record, which is crazy because it's actually kind of spectacular, especially on the central issue of inflation and the cost of living, because so much of that is driven by energy policy.
