Dancing on Ice's Kimberly Wyatt comes third in epic ITV final as she misses out on crown
Kimberly Wyatt has come third place on ITV's Dancing on Ice.It means the Pussycat Dolls star missed out on performing the iconic Bolero routine in front of world famous figure skating duo Jayne Torvill and Christopher Dean. The grand final of the hit ITV skating show kicked off at 7pm on Sunday night (March 27) after weeks of dazzling ice rink routines from this year's star-studded line-up.Show hosts Phillip Schofield and Holly Willoughby returned to the helm after Holly missed the semi-finals due to catching Covid. The final saw pro dancer finalists Regan Gascoigne, Brendan Cole and Kimberly Wyatt take to the rink one final time in a bid to impress the ice panel.Brendan was joined by his skating partner Vanessa Bauer, Kimberly with Matt Hanretty, and Regan with Karina Manta. They were battling it out in front of judges Oti Mabuse, Ashley Banjo and world-famous skating legends Torvill and Dean. However, despite all three displaying incredible skating skills this year, only one of the celebs could be crowned the victor of this year's series, and Kimberly was axed first. It is a tradition on the show that the show's two remaining finalists recreate Torvill and Dean's Bolero routine which won them a Gold medal at the 1984 Sarajevo Winter Olympics.Reacting to her third place announcement, Kimberly said: "Thank you so much, this has been such a beautiful experience and I'm just so grateful to everyone for everything that they've done for us."Her skating partner Matt added: "The production is incredible. We say it all the time.

Holly Willoughby wows in plunging gold dress as she hosts Dancing on Ice final
Holly Willoughby has returned to Dancing on Ice for the grand final. The 41-year-old presenter was forced to miss the live semi-final two weeks ago after testing positive for coronavirus. However, she was back on presenting duty on Sunday evening (March 20) alongside her co-host Phillip Schofield. She logged into her Instagram page to give fans a sneak peek of her latest outfit choice before the show aired on ITV, and it's fair to say she stole the show before it even began. The mother-of-three looked glam in a golden floor-length dress with a plunging neckline.Holly styled her trademark blonde tresses in a cropped style, looking all dolled up with a full face of make-up.Unsurprisingly, Holly's gown caught the eye of her 7.7 million followers, with some rushing to leave a message for the star in the comment section.Finalists Kimberly Wyatt, Brendan Cole and Regan Gascoigne are willing to go to extreme lengths to be crowned champion. The trio want to make the final the best one in show history. They teased that they planned to go all out to impress fans — even if that means risking serious injury on live TV.Pussycat Doll Kimberly, 40, is set to tackle a move that is so dangerous she could end up smashing her head onto the ice.She said: "I have been working on doing a kick over Mark’s head in one routine. In training, there have been times when it’s not been going right and I’ve been falling forward with my head going towards the ice."That feels quite dangerous.
