EastEnders will not air this evening in a schedule shake-up on the BBC.

James Farrar, the Greenwich-born actor who's best known for his role as heartthrob chef Zack Hudson on EastEnders, first made his mark in Albert Square in 2021. Over the past three years, the 37 year old has kept us all glued to our screens with a series of gripping storylines, including his character's HIV diagnosis and the devastating loss of baby peach. Initially introduced as Sharon Watt's brother, James has had us hooked with Zack's love life, involving characters like Nancy Carter, Sam Mitchell, Janine Butcher and most recently Whitney Dean.

Since first arriving on our screens back in March 2021, EastEnders star James Farrar has captured the heart of the nation with his portrayal of Zack Hudson in the iconic BBC soap. During Thursday's episode, Nancy made a surprise departure from Walford after learning that her boyfriend Zack Hudson had cheated on her with Sam Mitchell. Prior to her exit, Zack proposed and Nancy considered forgiving him before a chat with her mother Linda Carter, where she spotted a bottle of vodka, made her realise that she can't trust anyone.

This week on EastEnders, Zack Hudson feels guilty after his night with Sam Mitchell. And, after the secret does come out, Shirley Carter punches him and Nancy Carter decides to end the relationship.Tina Carter is honoured at The Albert.
