St Mirren unveil new strips voted for by supporters ahead of fan takeover
St Mirren unveiled the new designs, which were voted on by SMISA members, last night to largely positive reviews.The home kit is a traditional Saints top with black and white stripes, with the away strip a slightly more unconventional red design.Men's first team stars Eamonn Brophy, Jak Alnwick and Ethan Erhahon modelled the strips, alongside Saints women's captain Karen McCabe and youth academy prospect Lewis Gillespie.The designs were voted on by SMISA members, with the independent supporters association ready to complete their shares buyout from current chairman Gordon Scott later this month on July 27.That will see them become majority shareholders, pushing the Buddies officially into fan ownership.Supporters are set to be able to
