Angela Johnson is seeking to regain full custody of her 10-year-old daughter Chloe from Todd Chrisley following his 12 year prison sentence for tax evasion and fraud.Johnson told TMZ she has yet to file any official paperwork but has been speaking with attorneys about getting her daughter back. 'As of right now, I hadn't filed any legal papers, but I am in the process of getting some legal papers filed so I can go back to court to get Chloe back home,' she the site.

Todd Chrisley doesn't have time for any kind of hate. On Wednesday evening, the Chrisley Knows Best star announced a new podcast episode featuring his biracial granddaughter Chloe Chrisley.

Todd Chrisley, 51, won’t stand for racist comments. One troll had the nerve to leave such hate underneath an Instagram photo of the Chrisley Knows Best star with his seven-year-old biracial granddaughter, Chloe Chrisley, on June 10. “Im sorry I don’t like it marry your own color it really screws up the kids,” the fan commented. Instead of clapping back with equal hate, Todd decided to use his Christian faith to craft a satisfyingly passive-aggressive reply.
