EXCLUSIVE: Netflix has added Seoyeon Jang (Butterfly), William Fichtner (Mom, The Talamasca), Mikaela Hoover (Superman, Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3) and musician BM — in his acting debut — to the Season 2 cast of Beef, its award-winning anthology series from Lee Sung Jin and A24. American-born, Korea-based BM is known as leader of the K-Pop co-ed group KARD and his solo rap career.

Now it’s official. Netflix has confirmed it is moving forward with a second season of anthology series Beef, and also confirmed, as we previously reported, that Oscar Isaac (Scenes From A Marriage), Carey Mulligan (Promising Young Woman), Charles Melton (May December) and Cailee Spaeny (Priscilla) will star in the upcoming installment.

While accepting his award a visibly moved Yeun thanked the series creator, director and fellow Emmy-winner Lee Sung Jin, Emmy-winner Ali Wong and director Jake Schreier and the “incredible” cast and crew at “Beef.” “Thank you for this immense honor and blessing,” Yeun said. “A lot of people that looked out for me on my way to even get to be in this business.” The actor then called special attention to “Beef” on-set photographer.
